Gifts and Bequests

Gifts and Bequests can be in cash, shares, real estate or other property. It can be by way of a gift during your lifetime or may be bequeathed in your will. Gifts and bequests to Supporting Families in Mental Illness (Auckland) Inc. are free from Estate & Gift Duties.

If you are intending to support the work of Supporting Families In Mental Illness (Auckland) Inc. to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people in the Auckland region, please contact your solicitor/legal advisor and ask for the following clause to be inserted in your will:

"I give and bequeath to Supporting Families in Mental Illness (Auckland) Inc. the sum of

$................(or a share in the residue of the estate). I declare the receipt of the Chairperson or Manager of Supporting Families in Mental Illness (Auckland) Inc. shall be complete discharge to my trustees for the same."
